Maurice (Moss) and Fionnuala McElligott are a team of skilled construction professionals with 35 years of industry experience. They learned the trade from seasoned contractors in the 1980s and together have since put their skills to use in a variety of high-profile projects, including helping to rebuild San Francisco after the 1989 earthquake and providing reconstruction services in the wake of fires in Oakland and the wine country.

Together, we are dedicated to helping clients realize their construction dreams, whether it's building a new home from the ground up, remodeling an older property, or adding on to an existing structure. We offer cost-saving structural advice and are knowledgeable about the latest green building techniques.
